White in tonsils
Sir I have uploaded a picture , my tonsil is painful and I can see something white at its back and my whole mouth is red including palate , also having fever. What is it?

It seems to me like it's a tonsillolith. It can be easily squeezed out. Fever may be because of the upper respiratory tract infection which is the reason for the inflamed tonsil. The tonsillolith is a separate condition though. Consult at your convenience.

You're having tonsillitis with tonsilolith. Dont try to squeeze it out yourself cause you will be causing more damage. Visit nearest ENT SPECIALIST.
You can be started on medications, gargles and steam inhalation in the meantime apart from Covid 19 test
