From last one week I am observing that when I to on bed for sleep and lye flat on bed I feel short breath and chest pressure, when I sleep in side I didn't feel anything else , what should I do

Last year my ESR was 22 and this year it has increased to 42. I am having hypertension problems now from this year and headache on and off.my father had rhematoid arthritis so I went for RA factor test also but it was normal ..please suggest why my ESR is increasing.please help

I have taken a blood test and found out that my vitamin D levels are 23.26 and B12 level is also low at 214. Some people are suggesting to take a shot for Vitamin D , so do really need injections or some medicine or diet will do the job for levelling vitamin D and B12 as well.

My doctor prescribed Orofer FCM, but i read it has a lawsuit and can cause low phosphate. Can I take another iron injection like Isofer?

Hi i was diagnosed with covid positive 8 days back. symptoms was fever for 2 days, itchy throat and cough. recovered in 3-4 days for past 2days night time iam getting low grade fever in 98-99 degrees. Took blood test on 17th august  cbc was normal, elevated crp 18.7 and normal d dimer, two days back took another  blood test for crp and d dimer both the tests were normal, rapid antigen test came negative. Iam having excess salvia coming out of mouth, faced this same issue of low grade fever for months last year when i got covid positive.

Many of patient got rabies vaccine due to dog bite , scratch etc... But in practically 98% of the dogs are non rabid ... But  doctor gives. Rabies vaccine . If the dog non rabid practically, and some one have to take all 5 doase vaccine. Then why should doctor gives vaccine after knowing that the dog may be non rabid?

Hi doctor, My wound is not healing. It's now 6 days. I applied bandage after which it got more deep and bled. Today I applied biodine. This is today's photo..should I be worried? Will it heal or I will have to take medication

How long can I take vitamin d supplements. My doctor gave me uprise d3 firstly for 4 weeks and then once a month for 4 months! September will be my last month... Can I take few more doses? As I feel I need more vitamin D
