Please get a blood sugar,kidney function test and liver function test done and consult with reports as there seems to be an issue with the liver and kidney.

According to the report you have attached it looks like her liver is slightly enlarged and she have early changes in kidney suggestive of kidney disease but nothing can be confirmed without full history and further investigation so kindly consult.
