Hello Doctor I'm having soar throat from 2 days , feeling like dry mouth & some cracks - swelling in throat In the morning when i wake up, I'm feeling like swelling face & feeling little heavy in chest area After sometime its going on its own Is that due to any bacterial infection Can i use Amoxicillin 500 mg medicine for soar throat to treat , pan d 40 for gas How many days should i use & how many tablets per day ? Thank you

A dog started chasing me yesterday night while I was returning to home on my scooter. The dog was trying to catch my leg. To escape that I pulled my leg up but dog's leg touched my ankle. After reaching home, I didn't find any scratch or blood . But after dinner, I noticed some itching sensation at that area. Noticed a light scratch but not sure I can call it scratch or not. Should I go for rabies vaccine or not? Kindly reply me Thanks in advance.

Since yesterday I have been having a runny nose, been sneezing, a little pain in the throat, feverish, been having chills despite the temperature being high here, feeling drained out and feverish... I was diagnosed and cured with Influenza H3N2 back in February so can this be it again after just a month and a half of recovering from it? Please clear this doubt of mine as it is instilling fear in me.

Hi, Serum iron is 220 ug/dl, uibc 73 ug/dl, transfer saturation 73, vit b12 651, vit d 25 hydroxy 105 ng/ml Magnesium normal 1.8 mg/dl, Worried about high vit d, high iron.any way to reduce or any treatment.

I was having symptoms mostly of heaviness in right lower abdomen, gas trouble, burping and consiptaion from the past 1 years. I took the endoscopy test and the results shows that i have mild gastritis (with RUT positive light red colour in the strip). My gasterenterologist prescribed Rabeprazole 20mg & Levosulpride 75mg and i took it for more than 40 days. All other problem of gas trouble, burping and consiptation had a good improvement. But my heaviness in lower abdomen is not improving even after taking medicines, no relief in heaviness. My USG report are also normal. Taking proper home cooked foods also, then also heaviness in abdomen is not improving.

Hi Suppose saturation levels of 98 and 99 indicates the lungs and heart are healthy or not??. I have a doubt actually.

Due to headache I consulted physition and gave bp tablets and done a brain CT these are the IMPRESSION: Mild neuroparenchymal atrophic changes. * Chronic small vessel ischemic changes. No intraparenchymal hemorrhage or ICSOL. Bilateral maxillary and ethmoid sinusitis. FINDINGS: CT-BRAIN PLAIN Mild neuroparenchymal atrophic changes. Chronic small vessel ischemic changes noted in form of bilateral periventricular hypodensities. Paranasal sinuses: Left sided DNS. Bilateral maxillary sinusitis. Is there any problem in result or is it normal bp is now normal .
