I am having difficulty to swallow food as white spots in tongue and inside mouth skin Also swelling on the lower gums in the back side of the mouth. Stomach feels upset sometimes with feeling heat in the same. Suggest the medication please.

I did a CBC from Metropolis yesterday and my platlet count shows 574, why is it elevated? And my last year's platlet count was 550 and in 2020 my platlet count was 594. Why has my platlet count been always high

Did a sonography test after my brother complained for stomachache. He is lean & fit. Symptoms- stomachache while walking for long, sometimes of high and sometimes of low intensity. No other issue. Stool passing is ok. Sonography report says: * Hypoechoic liver and prominent duct * Few small mesenteric nodes (8mm) are seen in umbilical region. What could be the problem doctor? Please tell.
