My pet dog bite me just now and my finger is bleeding although she has taken vaccine twice will i get rabies? Will i have to take injection?

I feel sometimes low energy  not able to concentrate to anything not even mood to talk  for few minutes may be for 15 min afterwards it will be normal this happening for few months there is no any other symptoms kindly advise the reason and remedies for it

I am getting recurrent mouth ulcer from couple of years, indigestion like couldn't burp properly. Recently got piles problem which is automatically fine in 4-5 weeks. Also have dizziness and lightheadedness very often while standing suddenly or while looking into any moving object. Is all this related? Am I having any Vit difficiency? Or any serious problem? Hello doctor, My grandmother had thigh bone implant surgery last month(22nd april). After that she had already finished an antibiotic medicine dose(lizoforce 600) and pain killer(Chymoral forte). Then, later after 15 days she had developed an infection in the body for which she again took another antibiotic medicine. Now, since the last two days, she is unable to pass motions and there is a lot of pain and burning sensation near anus region. Currently, She is taking Shelcal xt, Ferosab xt, Cobadex czs as prescribed. I had given her MOM plus suspension last afternoon and night. Please advise and prescribe medicines accordingly. Thank you.

I am a patient of endometriotic cyst since 2020 and that time cyst size was LO cyst size: 6.5*5.7 CM and RO cyst size 3.6*2.8 CM . For last 3 years I am taking dienogest 2mg and usg report: LO cyst size almost 1.5 CM and RO appears normal and all others organ normal. Now last one year also I'm on treatment of anxiety and that time ECG was normal. 2 months ago Dr.  told me your anxiety related symptom recovered and stop the medicine. After stop anxiety medicine, last 2 months suffering from left chest, left hand, left ear, left jaw pain that comes and go everyday for some times whether taking rest or work. My today bp is 119/85 and 118/83 and pulse rate 99, 96 for both hands. Is this pain heart related?

I have a very mild tingling sensation in my left hand ring finger tip. Is it something to worry about and get it checked. I am having it for a day.
