Hi, I am 26 year old female and I always feel tired, no strength in bones. recently I have gone through full body check and found that my levels are not appropriate. Crp- 6.4 mg/l Total cholestrol - 226 ng/dl Testosterone - 11.9 ng/dl Iron - 15.1 ug/dl Vitamin d total - 13.25 ng/ml I want to know what precautions should I take further and is there is any daily supplement which I should take?

I got blood test and my haemoglobin was 5.1, then I took vitcofol injection of five dose on alternate days. I ate  good food full of iron and after 15 days again I got check up.. and my haemoglobin is 14.3. is it possible to attain haemoglobin 5.1 to 14.3 in just 15 days. I am attaching the report also. On routine blood check up of my father we have found the RBC is 6, TSH level is 12.95 (T3 and T4 Normal)High and Vitamin D Total 14.4.. sometimes he feels like anxiety in the monring for few minutes. Is that emergancy? Should we immeditely go to doctor? Or can wait 2-3 days?
