I am a 28-year-old with Thyroid and a BMI of 32.0. I have been taking 50mcg of Thyroxine for one month, and my TSH is shigh at 10.5 mIU/L, and my HbA1c is 6.0%. Despite being physically active with swimming and recently started gyming, I am experiencing complete weight loss resistance and a high Visceral Fat level of 18. My biggest struggle right now is that I feel I have absolutely no control over my hunger; I experience intense 'food noise' and the urge to binge even immediately after eating full meals. I recently completed my Vitamin D treatment, but my metabolism feels completely stalled. I would like to know if my thyroid dose needs to be increased and if I am a candidate for Mounjaro (Tirzepatide) to help manage this uncontrollable hunger ?? I really want to lose weight as I'm out of energy and all day I feel inactive and sleepy

Hi! I have reactive high bp for years now- taking telmisartan 40 mg- my best bp readings are in the morning- stress free clear mind but as day progresses the bp shoots n stays around 135/85 till evening n heart rate can rise high esp if i walk around - yesterday it was 125/130 while doing normal house work Doctor not giving any extra med since it will lower the true baseline of morning- Will exercise n weight loss help to reduce this!

Hello , My Ferritin level is 24 Vit b12 is 270 Rest cbc and iron studies are attached in picture below Kindly analyse and please tell if i have iron deficiency. Can i take feromore xt supplement? It has iron bisglyvinate, folic,methylcobalamin and zinc. This iron salt is gentle on stomach..can i take it? I have tried ferrous ascorbate,it gave me stools and bad gi issues.

Over the past 3 months I had panic attacks with dizziness, chest pain, fear of death. Consulted ENT, Ayurvedic, Cardiologist, then Gastroenterologist. Endoscopy showed GERD, LPR, H. pylori. Quit smoking/drinking 3 months ago.  Anxiety fluctuates; stress/news/work trigger panic (latest after office fight). Still working but fear losing control. Financial strain from repeated visits. need guidance on which dr to visit further need more help
