Hello From dec 2024 I am having acid reflux issue where it started with throat issues, I was feeling like a lump in the throat, it stayed for 3-4 months, j was taking PPI and antacid, it got treated, but again after 1 month that is in may 2025 I started having dry cough again it was due to acid reflux and still I am having this. I am taking PPI and antacid again and I have done alteration to my diet and some lifestyle changes, Still I need help to cure this permanently. Please suggest.

Last Tuesday I got diarrhoea with fever (98.4 temperature) joint pain. After I took cetzine and rifagut medicine everything got normal. From yesterday again I got sore throat, cough in chest mussel ache. Temperature (96.5). Before that day I slept in front of two fan with open window. ) is it normal?

Kindly advise me it's health significance, next course of action.is it means kidney stone. Kindly suggest home remedy or how to overcome from this. Any medicine or futher evaluation required??

I was having interview,I was going with scooty , a dog was crossing road ,my scooty was near to it ,then it grabbed my lower leg but because of jeans no cut or wound just a very small red spot . What to do ?

Calcium oxalate crystal found in my routine test . I am 40 years old and my weight is 80kg. I am under medication of high BP since ten years. Currently taking Arbitel AM(40/5) and statin Orvas 10. I go for daily walks, and sometimes stray dogs pass very close to me. One day, while walking, a stray dog came very near. At that moment, I was unaware and distracted. Later, I suddenly started feeling anxious — I got a thought like, "What if the dog bit me, scratched me, or licked me without me noticing?" I didn’t feel any pain at the time, and there are no visible wounds, scratches, or bite marks on my body. But this thought keeps coming back and making me nervous. Is it possible for a dog to bite, scratch, or lick without the person noticing it. Please advise if I need any treatment or observation. Thank you.

So I got my vaccinated with 5 dose rabies vaccine from 28 Jan to 28 Feb. Now recently I again got exposed with dogs saliva on 26 july so my doctor suggested me with 2 more rabies vaccine. So on 27july I took the 0 day vaccine . But on 29 july by the  morning I again got licked by my dog on my wound. But I didn't missed the 2nd dose ie; my 3 day dose which was scheduled on 29 july.. So my question is in between 0 and 3 day when I again get exposed , so do I need some more doses of vaccine? Please help 🙏

Pain above abdomen middle chest .severe pain.i have gas problem..feel bloating..having sompraz d and pantocid and gaviscon syrup..but pain persist in evening..comes and go..

Greetings to the saviours, I will be traveling to Leh Ladakh from Pune on 8th of August and then there's 2 days of acclimatization break at Leh and then we'll begin our bike ride journey to higher altitude. So I am a smoker and I'm afraid I might run into breathing issues Is it okay if I take Diamox from 7th August?
