My son who is 10 years old is complaining of headache since afternoon after sports practice. Too sunny and waiting for longer time in heat. What can be done to give him relief.

I was diagnosed with typhoid took taxim of 200 mg BD for 10 days. After 4 days my fever returned i was given iv drip of ceftrixaone 2mg and oflox 100 ml two times.On completion of first day i felt something contracted in my left chest but no pain but in morning there was a lot of pain doctor told to have meftal forte and continue drip and pain was gone but on third day my pain was like hell in armpit and left chest and right neck in december was rushed to hospital at 2 am night and from then did all blood test urine test x ray ultrasound nothing found but my pain is little low but tried all pain killers only thing work is heat pad and moov cream so that i can sleep but constant pain tried physio therapy took all vitamins neurobion forte from last 1.5 months pain little resuced but still there what should i do?

Dear drs, I am getting frequent itching in my private area. I have taken teczine tablet, applied luliconazole cream then used keto soap also but no use . As per doctor and others advice shall I change my v shape underwear to boxer . Please help me with these issues. I can send pics of needed for affected area and underwear types. Thanks

I took 4 intradermal rabies shot for a cat scratch (last dose =21 nov 2025) then my pet dog sctached me . doctor give me 4 id shot Day0= 20 jan 2026 Day 3=23 jan Day 7=27 jan Day 28=17 feb But today 12feb  a stray dog give s minor bite very little blood comes .. but my ongoing 1 shot is left . I never take rig ..do i restart vaccine
