In My full blood test report, TSH shown  is  4.953 while  the normal range is shown is 0.55- 4.78Do I have thyroid or should I worry about it?

My mom having low BP 121/60..and she is telling me she is feeling weak and headpain..up side of head...what should I do ...no doctor available here.. please help me out

I am having side hip soreness and tingling with burning sensation on feet/leg. When I sleep flat and take my leg up i feel like the nerve is getting pulled.
