I did routine lipid profile checkup Please check below lipid profile reports Should I worry about the report please answer?

Doc. When i sitting down long time and When stand Up i suddenly feel... Sometimes fast heart beat and Sometimes...Heavy head type or not see properly..black black type and It also happen when i stretch Body after stand Up...how i Reverse this things? And Any serious??

My father age is 73 years now before 3 month cretanine level was 1.17 now it's 1.48 also gfr is 50 is it something serious, or because in last 3 months he was once have fever for 5 days and now he is having loose motions for who he is taking antibiotics for last 3 days .pls tell

Father's age 72 having blood pressure and diabetic is on medication of both . From few days he is suffering from loose motions so he became even more weak does want to eat anything,he said that he doesn't get any taste. Can we give ripe banana in loose motions
