My esr is 22 and normal range is 0-20 ...what should I do ..I am feeling light headedness from past 3-4 days

My age is 25 yrs and i'm in very poor diet since last 3 months. Here is my report - Blood urea nitrogen - 6 mg/dl Urea - 12.84 mg/dl Bun/ Creatinine ratio - 6.2 Bilirubin direct - 0.32 mg/dl MPV 12.7 fl PDW - 23 fl I had dengue in 2019 and since then my CBC report comes abnormal. Is there anything to worry abt? Should i consult a doc? ☹️

I have history of high platelet 2018 platelet 538 2021 547 2022 519 2023 feb 505 Now 6lakh(4 weeks before cold) unsaturated iron binding only high 287(173 to 253)iron and total iron binding normal  saturation 13.8 ,haemoglobin 13.8 ,wbc 10000 rbc 5.2 ,platelet 6lakh crp negative ..pss test mild thrombocytosis..and having left leg joint pain..is this report shows anemia or any other problem??what test to do next?

Does taking duphalac two times a day 5 ml each instead of 10 ml at night have more benefits? I have 2 bowel movements and second one is with soft stool whereas first is hard even after taking duphalac at night. Will two doses instead of one solve the problem?

Ho doctor, I used to have periodic blood strain in stool since 2 years.. blood quality is just one or 2 drops. It is only noticed when looked closely.
