I read that rabies can strike years later also and am worried.

Gas, Acidity and vomiting
Hello all,
I have been facing the issue of gas, acidity for a few months. Since the last three to four months I am also observing that during the night I feel so much gas and stomach burn that I get relief after vomiting. It happens once every month. And vomiting happens at around 1:30 am to 2:00 am. Please suggest some medicine to me.
