Hello sir. My name is atul and i m in central industrial security force. Sir I have just posted to a place where there are no medical facilities at all. Sir I have been feeling pain in the joints of my palms, fingers and feet along with fever and fatigue for about a month. In the initial days of fever, I had 8 to 10 sores in my mouth.  After few days they became fine.  But the fever is not cured yet. Please suggest me some medicines please.

I am having extreme fatigue, nausea, lightheadedness, chills, muscle tightness, bad taste, fruity odor and itching without rashes since one month. I am diabetic. My total wbc count always elevated above 11.5 with slightly elevated esr 25 to 35 since 03 years. Now since one week my condition is worsening and struggling to carry out my daily routine work. Please advice.

Hello, i got a minor cut on finger from kitchen knife. Do i need to get tetanus injection? I last got tetanus injection 2 yrs back after a small bruise.

Dear sir/madam, I m having severe cold and mild cough and my temperature in the evening comes around 99.2 to 99.4 I was having fever and it subsided only during evening temperature reaches around. I m currently medication. Dengue test came negative Just Wanted to know how much temperature is fever and it's normal in evening to see higher body temperature? Kindly advise

I met with an accident 7 weeks ago in ehich i suffered compression fracture. Following which i was on complete bed rest. Due to analgesic intake for pain i suffered aki for which i was admitted in hospital. Post this i suffered from uti too. Currently i am free from any infection and aki has also resolved. But i have lost lots of weight, muscle tone has also reduced and become loose, overall weakness. How to gain weight and get back into shape sir/mam? Pls help.

Yesterday I was so stressed out I fetched some water, cooked, and had to take care of my twins with the help of a little girl am living with, so in the evening I felt dizziness almost fell to the floor, I had to take lots of water took my bath when I woke up I stil feel heaviness on my head and tiredness so I had to go check sugar levels 99 haven't had anything checked bp 135/70 though am a bp patient, but right now I feel so tired, having a little vommittng sensation and dull headaches because these days I hardly sleep at night and am so so stressed up please what could be the problem???

I eat dog Swalloed water 2 months ago and I take arv from government hospital and when I take arv I saw the vaccine already reay into the injection. I don't know vaccine cold chain proparly maintain or not. I'm worried can I infected with rabbis
