Hlo dr, I am feeling chest pain left side like pin point pain....it is coming all of sudden and then going... What is the reason of this... Plz say...

I am 45 year male diabetic since 15 years. Since 02 month I have severe fatigue, generalized muscle pain, cramps, nausea , shortness of breath. Lightheadedness and chest pain. Presently I am taking insulin 30/70, telma 40, janumet, concor 5 mg, pan 40, nicorandil 5. My serum urea is slightly elevated with normal creatinine. Esr 41, my vit d, vit b12, thyroid test are normal. Plt 1.23,hb 12.5. Kindly advice.

Today I went to hospital for vaccine, there was a guy who had blood vomit so like when he was discharged from emergency unit he accidentally touched my hand while walking  So after taking vaccine I also went home and then one hour later I was eating my food and noticed my finger was stained in red color and it was dried. Couldn't tell wheather it was blood or not! Now I m fearing that it was his blood as he passed through me and touched my hand and I didn't check my hand afterwards that incident!! ! What are chances of hiv? What should I do I m scared

My wife has high fever 104 that comes and goes with neck and  back pain . No typhoid , malaria and dengue detected as per medical test . Her ESR is very high 31 and CRP is also very high 16. Rl, drotein, pan and one more medicine they put through iv.. pls help me get rid off this headache..
