Not getting proper sleep for last 2 days. Sleeping by 3am but going to bed by 11pm itself. Feeling some anxiety and thirst frequently. How to stop this problem

I have recently taken a blood test and the test for vitamin D difiency has come out positive. Should u consult a nutritionist for medication?

I’ve been having trouble sleeping/staying asleep. I’ve have an appetite loss which led to weight loss because I feel nauseous & have bad acid reflux as well. Also I get frequent migraines. I’m always cold in my hands/feet.

I live in mumbai and weather is not cold here but still i Have severe cough and cold alongwith bodyache. At times feels very cold and feels as if i have fever but when i measure, it is always 99. I took tab crocin also but condition is still the same. Suffering from this for last 3 days and now i feel weakness in my body. Pls suggest some medicine to cure this.

Hello all It's been more than a year  I'm facing a weird kind of situation , as the day proceeds or as I start doing work , I feel warmth all over , neck and above , I experience warm breath , face is warm , forehead is warm , I feel nauseated but there is no fever nowadays , in summers there used to be mild fever 99 around , all my blood tests and are competely fine , nose throat is also fine , as told by ENT Any help would be appreciated .

Pls doctors in the house help. about 1 month ago, I was feeding my 2 months old puppy and I discovered that my right leg was bleeding although I didn't feel any pain.
