I might have caught cold and had thrown up twice this morning I ate yesterday's breakfast last time and have barely eaten anything since then and my stomach is aching as of now.I don't know what medication should I take.

It started like... morning onwards I was feeling very tired and evening started having high fever also was feeling body pain.. after some time started dry cough heavily..had a paracetamol and next morning fever gone...dry cough remained..after some time fever again came a...then again one paracetamol and the fever gone in the evening I sweated...next week I had sore throat due to dry cough...and the dry cough continue for next two months...

Started two days ago with sore throat, slight vertigo, trouble focusing and a light cough. Yesterday was heavy cough, waking up in a pool of sweat, aching body. Cough was mostly dry. Dizziness increased. Today, very dizzy, bigger pool of sweat, violent cough. Somewhat wet cough but only one of the coughs produced colored mucus (this was the last cough) the rest of the earlier ones were clear. Dizziness when standing or sitting up straight, fatigue. Swallowing makes me need to cough.

My age is 19. I am taking the following health supplements : morning: 1 tablet ashwagandha + 1 tablet liv 52 pre workout: 1 capsule BCAA (1*1000 mg) post workout:1 capsule multivitimin before bed: 2 capsules cod liver oil (2*300 mg = 600 mg)

I cant sleep From the last three days.my heads hurts a lot.And I have this feeling that I will get sick anytime soon.I don’t have eating appetite.My eyes are tired.I have bags under it.
