From 6th of Feb I'm eating melmet tablet after some days my stomach started paining and I'm having loose motions which hasn't stopped yet please help as it's paining very badly

My daughter is 16yr and she suffered from Typhoid fever, Cefixim 200 & ATM 250 used for 1 month. Fever came down, but after this she became very week and she has severe body pains. After diagnosis it found she has Vitamin D sufficiency and ANA +ve , 2+ , mixed result. Please tell me about this and suggest treatment.

Have cough since 2 weeks. Now have pain in the chest region while coughing . Have been gargling salt water, taken syrup. Still no change.
