Felt better then felt weird
I got a cold a week ago. I started feeling better three days ago. Then the same night I started feeling weird. My cold cleared up. Mucus is clear, peeing is clear and regular. No cough. However I have chills and slightly altered mind. Kinda like I'm high. Also stomach feels weird, although think it just might be anxiety. I'm worried about sepsis, but as far as I can tell I have no other symptoms. Should I go to er
