Sir antibiotics course should always be completed even if your symptoms cure within one or two days. If you stop in between you're body will become resistance to antibiotics and those antibiotics will not work in your body in future which is serious problem. Coming down to your query, cefuroxime and ciprofloxacin belongs to different category of antibiotics. As you have both ear infection and urinary tract infection cefuroxime is the best drug. You can cure your infection only if you complete the course of antibiotics again if you leave after 2 days you would need different antibiotics or this infection can become serious problem.
