Hello! Blood clots in urine along with lower abdominal pain suggest a possible urinary tract infection (UTI), ureteric stone, or prostatitis. It is important to rule out serious conditions like bladder or kidney stones, infection, or other underlying issues. Recommendations: Investigations: Urine routine & microscopy Urine culture & sensitivity Ultrasound KUB (Kidney, Ureter, Bladder) Medications (after confirmation of infection): Tab. Nitrofurantoin 100 mg twice daily for 5 days Tab. Drotaverine 80 mg twice daily for pain relief Drink plenty of water and maintain good hydration If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a urologist for further evaluation.
