Hi, does TSH of 13-18 cause any damage to the body? How long can a person survive with this level of TSH?

Hello Last 25 days am suffering from fever . I have done with Thypoid Test .doctor told me to take tablet kefpod 200 mg along with munpal 650 mg. After seven days again also i have same symtoms like internal fever fever and after eating stomach pain .again he suggest me to take zenflox 200 mg for 6 days .after taking 13 days anti biotic. Now also same symptoms .last 20 days am eating only dahi rice and no spicy food .please suggest me

She is  having recurring Typhoid since last four years. Because of which she is not eating properly. Regular vomiting problem, stomach pain and fever occurs randomly. Kindly guide
