I am suffering from fever and it starts at night around 2am.. from last 3 days i had around 100 temperature on my body with extreme body pain.. what is the correct medicine for it? please suggest!

I dont have fever but wideal test is showing that i have thyfpid. I want to go for full thyfoid test as wideal test is insufficiant and mostly is in correct although my doctor told me go for it and it indicated that i have thyfoid. I am under medication. Please let me know which test should i do.

Hi, I have had a tetanus shot 1 year ago. I recently fell down and got a small abrasive wound on my elbow on a sandy field. However, I had cleaned the wound well with soap and put on boroline. The wound is swollen, red and a bit painful. It's not unbearable. Do I need a tetanus shot again?

Hello Doctor I am 58 treat old male and recently I just started having terrible hot flushes and perspire profusely more so at night
