My father has HsbAg positive. We go for an ultrasound test. Almost all the result are ok but the echotexture of liver is slightly altered. Is it alarming?

Hi, I am feeling dizzy very frequently these days and few days back had vomits twice.
I had vertigo last year and currently I am doing LCD diet so not sure what is causing this dizziness.
