Breast and underarm pain. "Small hypoechoic nodular focus, measuring 7.5x3.8mm is noted in right lateral thoracic wall in sub plane. And lymph node 6.1mm is noted just superolateral to the tail of right breast" - Ultrasound report says. High WBC count 11.5 Please suggest medications
