I have -6.25 and -6.75 D power in left and right eyes respectively. This has been consistent for past few years with no change. Is there any means by doing eye exercise to keep eyes healthy? Is there any means that the power can reduce naturally? I have to work in front of computer for long hours , can you suggest any way of keeping the eyes healthy?

Hi. I was tested for high eye pressure. The doctor prescribed a eye field test for me. But he didn't clearly told what was in report. I am attaching photos of report. Can someone please help me understand?

My contact lens power minus 8 shall I go for lasik is t possible??? Basic requirement for lasik surgery???

Sir, I my right eye, I had a scleral buckle surgery done around 4 years ago. Everything is fine with my vision, but recently since last 3-4 months I have developed brown spots around the cornea. At first, it's coverage was restricted to only below the cornea, but now it is spreading fast, covering my whites of the eye(sclera). I am ready to go for any treatment, I am really concerned about my aesthetic appearance. Pls Suggest ?

I tried contact lens after that my eyes become red and wtaery and now it's paining very much lenses were old i have tried it many times but today it is happening and it's paining like hell

Hello does steam inhalation causes vision loss or progression of myopia. I had undergone lasik surgery 6 years ago and I am having power in both the eyes. Because of sinusitis I have to take steam inhalation regularly or alternately. Please let me know that it is OK to take steam or not. Or does it really causes vision to worsen. Please reply ASAP??

Hi Doctors, I have power -2.25 in Right Eye & -0.25 CYC in Left Eye. I use spectacles for it and not very regular with it except while using computer. I had Conjunctivitis a week back in Left Eye (-0.25 CYC one) and I used Renicol Eye Drop to control it which ultimately did. However, I am facing extreme vision issue in the said left eye which is supposedly not having any power and recovered from Conjunctivitis. It is as if a layer of semi transparent sheet is there and I cannot see anything clearly from the Left One. The right eye with -2.25 power is doing great in near sight which is why I can type this message. I'll consult a doctor and would like from the expert out here to whom actually refer to. Hello sir/madam, My daughter is 10 years old. When was 8 years old she wore -2D spec in both her eyes. After 2 years the eye prescriptions were -3.25 sph ,-0.75cyl, 180axis nearly same in both eyes. Doctor examined the eye after installation of a drop in her eyes. Doctor said that his corrected vision is 6/6 in both her eyes. And do come after 6 months to recheck eyes. Now two days ago I met my my friend who is optician he checked my daughter and said that the corrected vision in her left eye is 6/9. And 6/6 in right. Is it possible to decrease the vision so rapidly or it is just a mis judged by my friend. If the digonisis is correct then wheather the eye vision decrease further or will it be stable as it is now? Is there any impact on right eye also. I am really worried about by daughter. What should I do , should I wait for another four months to recheck or just recheck now. Please reply sir. Sir I have eye allergy from last 2-3 months now. No drops seem to working. Sir please suggest appropriate eye drop combination and advice me. Thanking you.
