Eye getting strained
My eyes getting starined. I am 40yrs now. Even though I do not have eye sight issues. Dr suggest to wear +1. Is it mandatory? Does my eye strain is because of this?

Hello You seems to have presbyopia. You will need glasses for near work only. Glasses not required for distance work. Yes..strain could be due to presbyopia.
