I have power of minus 0 .75 in left eye and power of 1.75 in right eye do i have to wear glasses all the time Do not wearing glasses all the time will have any negative effects.

Have 0.5 power, is it compulsory to use specs and will it increase the power if specs not used. How to prevent increasing the power

I got a minor scratch in the eye last Saturday and i had slightly blurry vision, i consulted a doctor and she said its a minor scratch and it will heal within 48 hours (1mm scratch on the cornea is what she said) she prescribed me a lubricating gel and it was almost 95 healed by 47 hours, but unknowingly i have rubbed my eyes a lot in sleep and i have a slightly blurry vision again since yesterday. What should i do? Will it heal by itself in some days?

I use glasses and have cylindrical number. I am facing random spots appearing. This has happened before since school only 2 or 3 times before. Vision becomes normal after some time. Daily laptop usage: approx 10 hours Other scren usage: avg 5 hours in a day Happened for 2 days in a row during evenings hence the concern.
