This could be Migraine. Avoid precipitating factors like lack of sleep, missing a meal, exposure to sunlight etc. Use your glasses regularly, these symptoms are very unlikely due to glasses. If these symptoms are frequent and severe, you need Migraine treatment and prophylaxis
Next Steps
Neurology opinion if required

Migraine can be provoked by bright light and excessive screen use. Do you have a history of any such previous such episodes? Less commonly it can be due to change in glasses power and conditions like uveitis.

Are you a regular computer user hence you are likely to be suffering from computer vision syndrome with migraine which gets aggravated by bright lights, bcoz your eyes are accustomed of low illumination lights and drybess of cornea. These all factors aggravate the episode of migraine. Along with the treatment with lubricant and antmigraine drugs, you will have to observe some precautions as advised by every ophthalmologist. +use dark glases(gaugles)or photochomic specs while going in sunlight For more queries you can initiate online consultation with anybody.

Yes Your symptoms are suggestive of migraine. Prevention is best way to avoid episodes. Avoid caffeine,  chocolate,  cheese, bright light, loud music. Get dilated refraction to rule out overprescribed myopic correction (if not done previously) Also develop habit of using glasses regularly. Initially it may increase headaches for few days, but your ciliary muscle tone will improve. Consult neurologist for confirmation of migraine
