Last month I had a cataract surgery that right eye Phaco+anterior vitrectomy by under signed (IOL not inserted). one small piece of cataract dropped into vitreous, patient needs PPV+secondary IOL with VR surgeon. This was the procedure. Last week they removed stitches & from one month started improving it was ok but from two days my eye become blurry now what was the reason can u please guide me
