I'm having headache from  last 6-7 days sometimes behind my ears and sometimes in my temple portion. So today I went to check my eyes. Optician told me that I have .25 number for my both eyes. So I want to ask is there anything that I can do to stop my headache without using specs? Can you please suggest any medicine?
