From last 3/4 days my eye itching at lower side not inside eye but on eye border. Firstly it itching at night for one eye but now on both eyes are itching. After rubbing eye get some rest but water comes up. What can be reason behind this? And what I can take for this which eye drop works? Thanks in advance

I sleep well and eat also but still there is dark circles..and please suggest how to improve immunity in this situation

There is something strange happening with my eyes I have flaoters for last 6 months along with occasional flashes . Had multiple OCTs, VFTs and fundus exam (last 1 was in January), nothing was found. But for the last few days I am feeling I can see a shadow in the periphery of the left eye. But it is only visible when I use my phone in sunlight otherwise it is not there. I also suffer from dry eyes, halos and glares

I'm 21 years of age, and would want to retain my present eye power for a long time. My everyday screentime is more than 10 hours (phone and laptop), which causes eye fatigue. I want to avoid this as it causes a lot of trouble. I also want to improve my eye health altogether. I have been doing a few necessary eye exercises too. But would also like to use eye drops for further soothing. Is it okay to use eye drops regularly? If so, can I use Himalaya opthacare eye drops without any concerns?
