If Anyone Gets Blurry And Double Vision Due To Problem in Eye (For Example: K_C_N, Corneal Disease), Will His Blurry And Double Vision Fully Reduced by Looking Through The Hole Of Pinhole Test?

I'm Having Double Vision Due To Astigmatism. The Double Vision is Reduced After Wearing Glass But Not Fully Gone. Doctor Examined Me Using S_L_I_T-LAMP But Found Nothing Without Myopic Astigmatism. I Have Done A Pinhole Test At Home, And In The Pinhole Test, I Can See Full Clearly & The Double Vision Fully Gone. Is The Remnant Double Vision Even After Wearing Glass Coming From Wrong Eyeglasses Power? And If I Have Another Eye Problem (Like Corneal Ectasia, Keratoconus Etc.), Would The Double Vision Fully Go in Pinhole Test? Please Answer This Two Question, Doctor(s).

Recently i noticed a glowy spot in my left eye on the outer edge of iris(mostly on white part of the eye).It is most noticeable when I turns eye inward towards my nose. My eyesight is weak so i use glasses of power 0.75. The spot is similar to attached picture. (Picture source- Internet)

My friend suffering from severe headache from last one week and pain is unbearable some times one side and sometimes whole head....some tablets she took for pain relief but not helpful....she has sight problem and not using any lense or any kind of medicine for sight issues..
