Eyes Issue
Left Eye become red while using mobiles and laptop. Sometime having irritation on this specific eye. Most of the time having headache also after using mobiles and laptops. Please suggest.

Get your eyes examined by ophthalmologist. This doesn't seems to be simple computer vision syndrome issue. Can try refresh tears eye drops till then.
