My eyes white ball red type it is floatras problem .plz help .what is floatras in eyes which causes and treatment of eye flotras

Which surgery is good for spects removal, countoura vision, smile, icl, lasik etc. many surgery are available, which is best surgery for spects removal, are there any side effects of surgery please explain in details, I am suffering from myopia right eye -2.50, left eye is -2. 75

1)patient is facing flashes of light while looking at distant objects,specially when exposed to day light(frequently) (when he is moving his head a bit)... 2)But when at home while reading or writing no such problem is occurring 3)He is facing this problem from past two weeks.... He had cataract surgery in that eye only,in the year 2019. 4)He has used ranicol yesterday (night) and is feeling a bit better

I am having eye allergy from last year, my eyes are red. I am currently using acupat and refresh tears, can i use it for long term, would it have any side effects? Also please tell me how to treat chronic eye allergy

My son right eye corner side is turned in to red color.and some times it is showing normal .some times changed in to red color
