Doctor, Which Test is Better And 100% Accurate To Diagnose The Mildest Case Of Keratoconus? Pentacam Or Corneal Topography+CCT by Oculyzer?

I am Covid recovered ( 1+ month ) , Had Nasal and ear blockage , Went to ENT and checked they said Mucus are good , But having kind of stress pain around the eye or sometime have a kind of some thing irritating at the corner of eye , Don't have redness in eye. No fever or cold. Have GREE problem. Should I worry on black fungus or need to check sight change ?
