I met an accident lady 10 yrs ago. I loss my vision 3 months .after 5gat I got vision automatically. But now iam loosing vision

Before and after lasik I have eye twitching on left eye and it difficult to control it , kindly of stress and sleeplessness , please provide medication for the same

I had lasik in 2016 december. Currently I have -0.5 in both eyes. These days I am having lot of irritation on upper eyelids and sometimes I feel something inside the eye. Doctor told me I have meibomitis. I am also having pain on eyebrows and sometimes one side headache. I don't feel need of wearing glasses as I can see clearly. How can I resolve this because I have been doing warm compresses, applying antibiotic ointment at night but still I don't see any change

I have dryness so much in my eyes specially in winters I have excessive eyes blinking prob I'm using isotine plus I drop and spec of 0.5-0.7 any treatment or advise ?

Can I use eyemist drops which was open 6 months back and kept it tightly capped but has expiry date of June, 2026.
