Eyes r becoming so dusty and reddish while watching and reading in mobile,pus is coming out,itching too

Hi, He was near construction site and sand has entered into his eye . Initially he was very frustrated due pain and eye irritation and then he took moxifloxacin eye drop from medical. He has less pain now but he feels sand is still inside his eye and having irritation. Please suggest  way to treat this. Thanks, Ravi

Hello doctor, I am a patient of Ankylosing spondylitis and also myopic. Having number (-3 & -2.75) left and right eyes respectively. From last six months I notice some floaters in my vision. Recently I read a article where eye floaters are mentioned as a symptom of eye cancer. It make me worried. What should I do now? P.S. - there is no flashing lights in my vision, no redness, no pain , no blurred vision. Is this floaters are serious ? I feeling less pain around eyes. Also feeling pain in headache. There is no rediness of eyes. Also feeling less pain some time in cheek bone.

Can MGD result to vision loss? How many severity levels in MGD? MGD glands can restart their working if lipiflow treatment taken and never going to die if treatment taken. For How much duration effect of lipiflow treatment lasts? If someone goes for this treatment her she has to continue this for life long?

Hi, I have a potential suitor whom I met twice and it is finalized. In person her eyes looks aligned correctly . However in some of her pictures her left eye looks little inclined towards left in some pics just looks normal. How to know if someone has a lazy eye and can it be rectified with any therapy

I went for eye checkup and the doctor diagnosed keratoconus in both eyes. Pentacam revealed Right eye: K max( front) - 48.8D Thinnest Patchy- 472 ųm Left Eye K max(front)- 50.5 D Thinnest Patchy- 472 ųm I consulted 2 doctors, one said immediate C3r , the other doctor told me to repeat pentacam report after 6 months and check for progression as my age is 22 and it was my first pentacam. I am confused what to do, please suggest whether should i go for c3r or not?
