Eye reddish and yellowish

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I dont know my eyes were being kinda yellowish on the sides and have red veins comming up .this is there for like past 2 months ,i have got hit in the eyes several times by insects .I also notice some small black spots (attached photo) dont know if it's there from the beginning .is it a problem doctor? How do I cure it ?

Hey ... Whatever I see looks normal to me . Veins are supposed to come like that..for some it is more prominent . Cant do much about it . If you have too much screen time ..use I kul eye drops 3 times . Dont know why insects will hit repeatedly Wear somw protective glasses .
