Best doctor for eye correction and what all measures need to be taken before and after the eye correction.

I have done my lasik investigation test and I according to my financial condition can't afford ICL if by any chance there is other alternative possible for me! Attached the report together!

I have got two bumps on the outer eyelid of the same eye - one bump at the top outer corner and another at the bottom. Its been there for more than 2 months. It is not causing any pain or discomfort but can be easily seen just by looking at my face. How to cure that

Hello My son who is 6+ years old has got itching and redness in his left eye since two days. We have consulted a doctor who prescribed him Loteprednol Etabonate Opthalmic Suspension for eyes but still the issue has not resolved. I have attached his picture to this question. I have google it and came across a word called ARCUS JUVENILIS.. my son weight is around 22kg. I am very worried.. Pls go through it and do let me know..
