Hello doctor,
My son often goes into a "vision mode" while thinking or talking, and his pupils appear to drift outward during these moments. I have attached images for your reference. This happens multiple times a day. Could this be intermittent exotropia or something else? Is it normal, or should we see a pediatric ophthalmologist?
He is 5 years old and no one in my family has had this issue before.
Please help.

The kid probably have the left eye squinting, because of that eye is turning outside, please consult paediatric ophthalmologist for further evaluation, kindly connect if any query persist..
