I had -3.75 prescription in my left eye but during lasik the prescription removed was -3.50/-1.00*180, is this overcorrection as i have continued eye strain and vision is as if everything thing is smaller and extraordinarily clear ,don't have binocular vision now.

Right eye become small
I noticed my right eye 3 days ago and I feel that my right eye is become smaller than Left eye. Even My brother Today told me that My right eye is looking small in comparison to left eye. I have no pain and no irritation in eyes. But I red eyes problem. Does this harmful???
