The eye is blood red on the one side. There is no pain or vision difficulty. No irritation is felt. What to do?

Having a lot of pain in eyes and that's how its looks(photo attached). I was having dryness in my eyes i started using Lacrimos eye drops and optimoist ointment from past 2 days and now its painful. What should i do? Should i continue these drops and ointment.

Someone my vision gets blurry while studying and have a 10+ hr of screen time It's morning today and my vision is little blur too and squeezing my eyes makes it normal for sometime.. Can I use Rosewater in my eyes? Or suggest me any eye drop with no side effects?

I don't have any eye problems till the age of 20. At the age of 21, I detected a problem of burning sensation and consulted doctor near by my home. He suggested blue light blockers and eye drops for dry eyes. And I came to know that my eyes need lenses of correction -0.25. Now I am 23, been using spects for 18 months. At morning, after a good night sleep, I feel there is no blurred vision (without having spects). But after spending little time with mobile and laptop (with blue light blockers), my eyes become blurry if I remove spects and I should wear spects to clearly detect letters at a distance. Now why is this happening ? Can I regain my normal eye sight ? Because I used to spend so much time with mobile from 16-20 years age, but didn't had any issues. Suddenly these issues raised. Now I am not using any eye drops.

If my OCT report ok then do I have to worry about my optic nerve fibres ? Can OCT detect nerve fibres damage ?

My left eye's power is -7 and my right eye's power is -2.5. Over the last 3 years, my left eye's power is decreasing very significantly. I am worried. Is it something serious?
