I had seen flash of bright red dot yesterday night before he went to bed. Today his eye has a patch of red lines. What should we do.

He is not having eye contact and always moving eyes here and there while seeing. He is having good vision but there is no stability in eyes.

Why am not able to stand properly feel shaky after eye closed? When I try to stand on 1 legs same unable to stand properly condition occured.
