Some lifestyle changes that'll help you on the long run- While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Maintain right posture while using computer. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Sit away from ac and fan. To consult sos/local ophthalmologist if symptoms persist or worsen.

Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3 times a day.if severe for long time, you may get complications.pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.

Severe dry eyes with ocular surface disorders can cause lot of visual problems. Mild/moderate dry eyes will not cause loss of vision. Mild dry eye symptoms may get arrested with proper management. Moderate and severe form need medicines life long.
