Iam worried about my eyes because of dryness to mgd .it can be cured completely or only treatable, please help doctor

From past three days I have sinus headache around my eye. My whole right side of the face was paining due to that. From today morning there's discomfort in my right eye, it's paining also being watery easily. What to do?

Doctor, all of a sudden i feel like something's stuck inside my right eyelid and it's hurting. I tried washing my eyes with water but nothing happened i also slept for a few hours but it didn't come out. What do i do?

Iam having axis 180 and cyl 0.75 for both eyes that mean i have refarctive error problem right? Or if no what is the consequence of my problem

Could you plz suggest the best protection glasses which blocks 100% light coming from laptop or mobile phone ?

I have squint Eye outwards since I was 5 yrs old. Left eye 6/9 with -5D. Right eye 6/9 with -4.5D. My doubt is if I go for Squint surgery will this make my retina week or increase the chances of retinal detachment? I want to treat my squint for cosmetic reasons but I fear of retinal detachment. Plz help, thanks.

I have strabismus since childhood. My I don't have lazy eyes since my Both eyes Have 6/9 Acuity with -4D power in both both. If I go for Cosmetic surgery of Squint What are the chances of getting perfect eyes  with no reccurence of Squint again in lifetime? I read that Reccurence only occur in lazy eyed person due to their one week eye, but since After Surgery I will use My Both equally efficient eyes together, so I guess Reccurnce of squint may not Happen.. It has been 2 year. I have this issue. I have been given 5 avastin injection and 3 time laser treatment for vasculitis. It goes but every 3-4 month it starts bleeding inside and vision becomes blur. I have checked for TB, BP and sugar. All reports were negative. Wanted to check what can be done fix this and wanted to know what reason can be there for this. As per the doctor i have been consulting says in 99% there is no finding behind this. i want to know more about this.
