My right vision feels unclear,heavy and I feel dizzy if I wear my glasses. Is it due to the cylindrical power?? Can I avoid the cylindrical??

Q1.My mother who is 56 years old has been prescribed Ciprofloxacin Eye/Ear drops due to pricking(chunna),redness and that type of (whitish layer)issue in the eyes. She has been using it since 1.5 years. Today only I came to know that though she was prescribed for only 1 month but she continued using it since 1.5 year because when she stopped after one month,the pricking and redness issue came back and therefore she continued using it every night before sleep because she said the drop made her eyes very comfortable and if she doesn't use it, the problem in the eyes comes back. So my question is using drop for more than a year the right thing or should I take her to a doctor? Q2. And if theres no harm continuing using Ciplox drop even now, then can CIPCOZ eye/ear drop be used for the same cause because today I was given CIPCOZ instead of Ciplox because the chemist man told me that CIPCOZ is same as CIPLOX. So can CIPCOZ be used or do my mother need doctors prescription before using it?

My brother eye was attack by stick for which his eye get seriously injured and vision is not normal till now. doctor said his retina had hole because of that stick attack can he wear contact lenses for perfect vision can operation make a permanent solution to this problem

At least twice everyday my under eye only on the right side keeps vibrating this way. What can be the cause ?

I feel the mascara i applied stained in one eye and in other a very tiny bit mascara is left. If i go to the doctor how would they remove it I'm scared very much
