Eye pain and headaches for last couple of days. It's continued 2,3 hr and after automatically stopped and again repeated after 2day.

May be you are having uncorrected refractive error. Get your eye tested by an ophthalmologist for refraction for power of spectacles.

Could be accommodative strain due to excessive screen time
Other cause could be Migraine.
