I'm 25 now. I have short sight and using spectacles. Is it necessary to get my eyes checked for every 6 months even if i don't feel any difference in my vision?

I'm feeling burning sensation in my eyes when i look at my laptop for sometime. My eyes are getting tired easily. When i get my eyes checked recently, everything was ok. Can you please explain me the causes and suggest me some remedy for this.

When i got my eyes checked 1 year back, reports showed that i had short sight and i should use spectacles. But i used them occasionally and when i got checked my eyes recently, it showed that my sight problem is decreased. Can it be possible without using medication or spectacles?

A mucous membrane is developed on the white part of my right eye. Yet i don't have any vision problems. Is there anything to be worried about?
