Eye Care & Problems

My sister born with 1kg weight and survived by my parents. She is taking medication for epilepsy. At age 3, we found that she has problems with her vision and it was said to us that the problem is with the nerves that connects her eye with the brain. Most of the times, she can able find the objects movement in the day time. Sometime she can able to find the colors, if she look at the objects closely. We were consulting with doctors few years before and they said that there's no treatment for this till that point of time. Apart from this, she is also taking medicine for Schizophrenia for the past 3 years. Physically she is healthy and can do all of her work. I am seeking your advice, whether any new recent treatments are available for this at this point of time.

My 3 year old son recently developed the behavior of blinking his eyes frequently and he completely closes his eye lid on both the eyes, shrink it and open it. Recent change at home: I reduced the TV table height to 1 foot as I thought my son would feel neck pain. I observed the excessive eye blinking behavior after that. I am sharing this for your information. I am not sure this is a cause. He took anti-biotic for his cold and fever. During that time, the excessive blinking reduced so much and he did it one or two times. that too once in longer period. I meant the frequency and the no. of time blinking, both reduced that time. We do not see any vision issue. He reads books and writes. He attended his exam also.

There is white discharge coming from the eye and slight white flakes on the corner of the eyes .Even the eyes get tired easily , however there is no redness .How can I get rid of it .

Hi, thia is Priyanka, I am a yoga practitioner. From last 7 days I am having a cloudy or blurry vision in right eye, I am very upset why suddenly this happening to me, I've consulted a doctor he said there is no issue with power, may be some nerve problem it may swelled up or contained water at the back of your head. He has given me drops one is Smart Tears eye drop second is Diflucor eye drop, I am putting these drops in my right eye from last four days and not getting relief, my vision getting even more cloudy day by day. I don't understand what suddenly happening to me, I am so worried, Any suggestions?
