This has caused Redness inside the eye answer swelling around it. My eye is hurting a lot and my eyes have become red only on one eye. Although I immediately washed it with water my eyes are still red

Hello doctor I am 21year old female. My inner eye waterline is dark. I have this condition since the last year ( i have noticed it then). One of my friend said "wipe that discharge from your eye". But it is not the eye discharge. Im self conscious about this. No matter how many times I wash it with soap and water it wont go. I have this condition for both of my eyes. I want to know what may be the cause for it and a cure for this. Thanks for answering in advance.

Hello, Its been 3months i hv got that problem hence every one asked me to put garlic , Urien ,milk creame used many this but no results...so my firend advice me to see a doctor.., If its an infaction omg no more risk can i make...so i waana know what is it..? Somekind of ppl se its Bharaman ?
